BRIDGE, a non-profit housing developer, is transforming blocks of West Oakland with three new affordable rental and for-sale housing projects. Recently completed, Chestnut and Linden Courts quickly filled with families. The daycare facility serves resident youngsters and their play space interfaces with 2 outdoor play areas for older children and teenagers.
