PGAdesign Welcomes Two New Associates

PGAdesign is excited to welcome Katrina Majewksi and Tristan Williamson to the firm.  Majewski, a graduate of the Landscape Architecture program at Rutgers University, is the Northern California Chapter ASLA president-elect.  It was a high school teacher who first suggested that the casual artist, outdoor enthusiast, and avid fisherwoman explore landscape architecture as a course of study and the rest, as she says, “is history!”  Similarly, it was an art teacher at City College who introduced Williamson to the field.  This led him to complete a Masters of Landscape Architecture at the UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design.  Williamson has enjoyed the diversity of the projects he has tackled during his time at PGAdesign.  When he’s not at work, you can find him at Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland where he relaxes among the redwood trees and enjoys unique “aspects of the park, including the WPA-era stonework, fountains, and follies created by Miller himself, providing clues about the [park’s] history.”
