Menlo Flats Housing on the way

In Menlo Park, PGAdesign is at work on a housing project spearheaded by the developer Greystar. Replacing office space, the project includes commercial space at the ground level as well as open space accessible to the public. With some of the 158 apartment units below market rate, the living spaces offer an alternative, affordable option to the prevalent single-family homes in the area. Units also include co-living spaces, where residents share common spaces such as living and kitchen areas for a more economical and communal living arrangement.
