Meyers Estate Master Plan and Maintenance Guidelines

A study of more than 60 photographs identified specific plants introduced by Jeanette Meyers. PGA expanded the list of known historic species, and worked with park staff to identify objectives for four garden zones. We developed guidelines to reduce maintenance and water use throughout the garden. PGA devised an approach to irrigating the property that maintains the appearance of the historic system while integrating modern day technologies and equipment that will reduce water use.
